In the last two months we were charged for $2000 without our approval and/or any update from auth0.
In addition, there is a double charge of $23, which was previously charged monthly.
I left four sales inquiries, six Twitter messages, and two feedback tickets on the website.
Is there someone I can talk to about this?
I would appreciate a phone number or email.
Due to the high billing, this is really urgent.
Please assist.
