Hi,
in June I changed the subscription of one of my company’s tenants back to the free plan.
The day before yesterday, however, I received an email from Auth0 in which I was notified of the unability to charge the company’s credit card. Why have Auth0 tried again to charge our credit card despite the change of plan?
Would it be possible to remove the billing information from the tenant?

If you have access to support tickets via a paid tenant then please create a support ticket with your request. Otherwise, send me a DM with the tenant information and I will create a request on your behalf.
