I want my credit card information to be removed from my free plan because for some strange reason auth0 is billing me on my free plan monthly (now already twice)!

This is how you can cancel your subscription to stop getting charged: Downgrade or Cancel Auth0 Subscriptions
Once you cancel, you may be eligible for credit or a refund as seen here: Billing Policy
I have reviewed your plan. On the free plan, you are only allowed one tenant, and it seems you have a production and development tenant. This could be the reason. In this case, I have created a ticket for you to evaluate where these charges are coming from and whether we can give you a refund or credit. You should receive a message shortly.
