Being billed after canceling subscription for months

Hi there.

I’ve been having an issue for months now that I can’t seem to resolve, and seeing how I’m unable to open a ticket directly I’m not sure where else to post this – sorry if it isn’t the right channel.

Basically: I had a paid Auth0 account for a while bound to my team’s email address: devrel@snyk.io

A while back, however, we canceled this account as we were no longer using it, but unfortunately, we’ve still been billed every single month since canceling and have no way to get in touch with anyone or get this resolved.

I’m hesitant to share billing information on a public forum, so I’ll leave it vague, but we’re being billed $35 on the 21st of each month, and our most recent receipt number is 2742-9830.

Can someone please help us finally get this resolved?
