Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

If you’re looking for help, you’ve come to the right place. The Auth0 Community is a robust, solutions-driven forum for customers and prospects to learn more about Auth0, connect with other developers, and get updates on product features and enhancements. Here you’ll find discussions around features, how to implement Auth0, identity and access management, projects being built with Auth0, and general conversation.

What You Can Do in the Auth0 Community

  • Visit the homepage and perform a search for answers by entering your desired keywords. We have thousands of questions and solutions.
  • Post in our Introduction thread and tell us about yourself.
  • Start a new discussion in our one of our categories, including Get Help for support.
  • Visit the Top page for the most active discussions.
  • Find instructions in our Docs. They are a great source of information and provide answers to many questions.
  • Vote or propose a product enhancement.

Who’s Here to Help

The Auth0 Community is a peer-to-peer community. That means we rely on input from customers like you to troubleshoot. We also have a team of knowledgeable, certified Auth0 developers and community engineers who troubleshoot throughout the community, especially in the Get Help Category. Their profile will feature the title Auth0 Employee or Auth0 Community Engineer accompanied by the official Auth0 logo.

  • SDK libraries. Search before opening a new topic. Chances are someone has asked a similar question around implementing and using Auth0.

Locked out of Your Tenant Dashboard Admin Account and Need an MFA Reset

Please send your tenant name and account email address to the @support group via DM and we will gladly provide further assistance.

How to Delete Your Auth0 account and/or Auth0 Community Account

Deleting Auth0 account
Send @support a private message in the community forum that the account needs to be deleted. Provide the following information:

  • Why the account should be deleted.
  • Provide the email address used for the account creation.

Deleting Auth0 Community Forum account

  • New users can delete the account from Preferences.
  • If the delete account button is not available, send @support a message in the community forum that the forum account needs to be deleted.

NOTE: Both actions are not reversible.
