I am being charged since the last two months even after cancellation of subscription

We had cancelled our Auth0 subscription 2 months ago and have been billed twice since then. I’m not able to find an option where I can speak to someone for billing issues.

Request you to cancel the subscription immediately. I’d also like to get a refund for the past two months.
