Hi! When trying to verify my email for my Auth0 admin account I’m not getting any verification email, which means that I can’t add any more members to my team etc. I’ve tried sending the email multiple times but still receive nothing. I have checked the spam folder and also checked if there are any rules or blocked senders but all seems to in order.
When creating the account for Auth0 community I got the verification email without any problems.
Does anyone had the same issue or some idea to what the problem could be?
Thank you for checking all of the immediate possible issues for not receiving the verification email. Are you using the built in Auth0 email provider, or an external SMTP? The Auth0 email provider is used for testing purposes and we do recommend setting up a custom email provider, as they tend to be more reliable and can solve these issues, as mentioned in the following Community posts as well:
Just to double-check and clarify, I’m trying to verify my account at accounts.auth0.com on a team level and not on manage.auth0.com on a tenant level. Because email provider seems to be configured on a application/tenant level, will that really affect the verification email for my team owner account on accounts.auth0.com?
