We have a auth0 account with a single dev tenant(atm). One of our team, created this auth0 account initially with email address and password. the email address he used is an admin email address which is basically a google group in our workspace which forward the emails to few admin users within our org.
Since we are now closing on releasing a production version. We want to upgrade our auth0 account/ create new tenants, add team members etc. However, in our dashboard it shows that the email needs to be verified with a button next to it to send out a verification email. we have send verification email through this button quite a few times now with a timespan of months. But we do not get this verify email. So we don’t know how to verify our email in the system. Can someone please help.
Btw, we do get email to this email address from other service providers. we also got the auth0 community account verification email to this address.
