Admin verification emails not sent/received

I’m attempting to verify my administrator account email at accounts.auth0.com in order to invite further team members, but the emails never arrive.

I’ve so far:

A major thing the topics have in common is that they could only be solved through a support ticket. I can not, however, create a support ticket because… yes, my email is not verified.

I understand that you are not receiving the verification emails, despite the all of the troubleshooting steps that you have already attempted.

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support, forwarding all the information shared on this topic as well as confirming the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of the tenant. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive information can safely be shared with us for further troubleshooting.
