I’m attempting to verify my administrator account email at accounts.auth0.com in order to invite further team members, but the emails never arrive.
I’ve so far:
- re-checked the email address for typos
- checked junk/spam folders and filter
- checked the email security suite
- read the following forum topics with the same issue:
- Not receiving verification email for Auth0 admin account - #3 by gerald.czifra
- Admin does not receive account verification nor reset password mail
- Cannot verify admin email to add tenant members
- (as well as others that are concerned with tenant user emails, which is different)
A major thing the topics have in common is that they could only be solved through a support ticket. I can not, however, create a support ticket because… yes, my email is not verified.
