I beg for help with verification of our tenant admin email. Due to some spam rules issues our mail server refused former emails with verification link and now auth0 verification emails event not come at all. It seems our admin email got to some blacklist on the auth0’s side and emails are not event sent, even if the UI always says email has been sent.
Community portal seems to have different sender, because verification email from the Community portal has been received without any issue.
Can you help me with this?
I have checked your account and confirmed that your tenant admin email address has not yet been verified.
I am unsure what might be causing the verification emails not to be received. However, an option you might try is resending the verification email or reinviting yourself as a tenant admin again.

thanks for your response. I tried to resend invitation email many times, but it’s seems not to be sent to me and as I’m not verified I can’t invite anybody to tenant.
I am just circling back on this thread to share what we did to resolve this issue.
Our Engineering team identified and removed your email address from the bounce list. After doing so, you were able to receive the tenant admin verification email.
