We need to change the tenant account but we can´t do it because Auth0 is asking us to verify the account by email and the account isn´t receiving the verification email.

Usually, this happens due to two issues:
- The account for Auth0 Dashboard with the email address doesn’t exist and needs to be created: Sign Up - Auth0
- There is a bug as a tenant admin and needs to re-invite
Also, could you please check your Spam/Trash folders or check with your IT department to see if the Auth0 emails are being blocked?
Or try maybe in an incognito window, following these steps:
To resend the email verification email from the Tenant Dashboard, you’ll have to navigate to the Tenant Members view; the easiest way is by clicking “Invite a Member” from the tenant picker menu.
From there, you should see a banner indicating that you are not verified, with a link to resend the verification email.
Once you receive the verification email and complete verification, you’ll need to log out of the Support Center and Auth0 dashboard(from the regular window, too) and back in.
