Overview
This article explains how to address an issue where an Auth0 Tenant Admin cannot open support tickets because they did not verify their email and are the only Tenant Admin.
Solution
Please follow the following steps to resend the verification email:
- To resend the email verification email from the Tenant Dashboard, navigate to the Tenant Members view; the easiest way is by clicking “Invite a Member” from the tenant picker menu.
- From there, a banner indicating that email is not verified should be visible with a link to resend the verification email.
- Once the verification email is received and verification completed, log out from the Support Center and back in before to be able to open support tickets.
