Not receiving verification email for Auth0 admin account

In these post with the same issue an internal support ticket was created to fix the problem.

We have a auth0 account with a single dev tenant(atm). One of our team, created this auth0 account initially with email address and password. the email address he used is an admin email address which is basically a google group in our workspace which forward the emails to few admin users within our org.
