Auth0 owner account email verification not sending verification emails

I am unable to add team members or create support tickets. There is a warning message that my email is not verified. I request to verify but I never receive a verification email. I tried multiple browsers and incognito. Still no verification email. Very frustrating.

I understand that you need to verify your Auth0 account’s email address, however the verification email is not received.

The first place we recommend checking is your Spam/Junk folders, as the email could end up there instead of your inbox. If you have access to your email provider, it can be worth checking if the emails are blocked by any chance and if that’s the case, releasing them should bring them to your inbox.

We do recommend setting up a Custom Email Provider in case you are using the default Auth0 provider, as it is primarily developed for testing purposes and a more robust provider would be preferred in a production environment. If you have access to your tenant’s Logs, I recommend checking for any Failed Verification Email ( fv ) logs that might indicate that the email was not sent to your email address in the first place. If however you find Success Verification Email ( sv ) logs, you can at least be certain that the email has been delivered.

Please let us know if you have found any logs and also, if the verification email happened to be stuck in your Spam folders or a different place.
