Hello,
I’m on the Free plan and trying to add other members to my tenant so they can fill in billing information and upgrade to the Pro plan. But I cannot verify my email, when I press the “verify email” button, I get a success popup but never receives any email.
Please help me fix my tenant.

I am sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue, but we will straighten this out. Firstly please check your spam/junk folder as well for the verification email. If it is not there, you could also check if there is a rule in place that would cause the email to get blocked, as you may need to correct this rule and/or whitelist our email (no-reply@auth0user.net).
If this steps did not help, please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support group including a short explanation of the issue, your auth0 email account and the tenant name for further investigation.
