We keep getting billed after our account was cancelled and deleted!


First of all, we cancelled our account in May 2024.

Our credit card keeps getting billed (full!) every month. We tried to contact you on sales@ and support@ almost 10 times over the past 2 months: ZERO answer!

We tried to open a support ticket but the link doesn’t work! There’s just a text “New ticket” without any link or whatsoever.

Could you explain what is going on here? How can we keep getting charged for a closed account? How come our data was not destroyed? How come we do not have any reply in almost 2 months?
