I need a refund and SDRs keep telling me to submit a ticket but I can't as i downgraded my account

I ran a trial, the service is great. I then tried to cancel my account before the trial was over and I messed that up. I downgraded my account so I can’t submit the billing ticket. Please help me refund the charge. I’ll be back later to use the service but simply need the refund for now.
