It sounds like even though he paid them, it’s not making a difference.
There is a developer version and developer pro version for developers. When they were fixing the problem, the PAID accounts were promised to be fixed first, so he paid, but it sounds like it did nothing.
@michaelwjoyner yes, from the perspective of trying to obtain additional information; I’m currently reviewing the information available internally and also trying to get an idea about a possible update to the status page. As soon as I have more information I can post an update here and also do a bit of clean-up. Unfortunately a side-effect of having a popular question is that if someone else posts what should be a comment as an answer then the question looses visibility because it’s removed from the unanswered view.
