Problem statement
In the tenant logs, the below error was noticed:
"error": "Error sending email: Email address is not verified. The following identities failed the check in region xxx : {application_name} <root@auth0.com>".
This article explains how to update the email in this error.
Solution
To update the email, please go to Authentication > Passwordless > Email and update the From address field.
