Locked out of Dashboard - login its ok

Hi everyone,

Here at the company we are having problems to visualize the dashboard of our account. The login is successful but when we try to see the dashboard, it is asking us some 2fa codes we don’t have.
I am one of the admins of the account and cant get into the dashboard anymore. Nobody can at the moment, and we need our account to set new tenants etc.

You might be having trouble with the Multi-factor Authentication. I recommend requesting an MFA reset.
