Unable to Access Auth0 Dashboard Due to MFA and Recovery Code Issue

Hi,

I’m unable to access our Auth0/Okta account because I no longer have access to the two-factor authentication (2FA) method or the recovery code. I’ve reviewed the tutorial on the MFA reset process but haven’t been able to proceed as I don’t have the option to create new messages in the community yet.

Could someone assist me with this issue or guide me on how to proceed with requesting an MFA reset?
