Locked out of Auth0 management with no path to access

@auth0 I am locked out of Auth0. My username password appear to be working, however device authentication is not. The support phone number I was given through a conversation in the homepage chat apparently is reserved for Okta customers only.

What path to recovery do I have available? I have an urgent support ticket I need to work with.

Can you send a dm to the @support group with your contact email so we can proceed with the creation of the MFA Reset ticket on your behalf?
