Hi there. I’m having trouble accessing my account. I usually log in through GitHub, but today when trying to access my auth0 dashboard, I was presented with a screen asking for a one-time code or a recovery code. I never set up 2fa, so I don’t have an authenticator app set up or a recovery code stored.
My app’s users and configuration all lives within the tenant that can only be accessed by my GitHub connected auth0 account. Please help!

I understand that you might be having some trouble with MFA even though you did not set it up. This might be caused by an error or a bug.
In order to regain access to your account I suggest requesting an MFA reset. You can find a step by step explanation on how to do that in the following Knowledge Solution: Account Locked: MFA Resets Requests
