I have encountered a big issue with another our account legally registered in Auth0.
Email and password is correct but we do not receive any SMS, recovery code or any messages to pass the two factor authentication (2FA). We do not know why this happen but is crucial for us and for our client to recover the access to our private area in Auth0.
Can you send a dm to the @support group with your email address and a tenant name? I will create a ticket for the Developer Support Engineer to continue with your request for the MFA Reset.
