Locked Out of Auth0 – 2FA Required But Never Set Up

Hi,

I’m completely locked out of my Auth0 account. When I try to log in, it asks for two-step verification, but I never set up 2FA on my account. I also don’t have a recovery code.

I’ve already submitted a support ticket over 24 hours ago, but I haven’t received any response or even a confirmation email.

I urgently need access to my Auth0 account. Has anyone else faced this issue?

  • Is there another way to verify my identity and regain access?
  • How long does it usually take for Auth0 support to respond?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Can you send to the @support group your Auth0 account email address and your tenant name? I’ll create a ticket for the Developer Support Team on your behalf.

Hi there. I am having this exact same issue with my 2F authentication.
I need to login using Auth0, but I was not able to set it up to link to my account and therefore did not receive any code.
