Locked out of Dashboard

I sent in a ticket this morning via the directions I have found here. I am one of the admins and cant get to the dashboard where we set up the apis and reset,unlock MFA. Its a paid company account. How long do I need to wait? I received a new phone and need two factor reset where I try to login. Our company is waiting for me to make changes. 4 hours and nothing.
