Locked out - can't access Auth0 dashboard any more

Hi,

I have been locked out of my account because I removed the Guardian app from my phone (I have MFA enabled).

I have exactly the same issue described here http://community.auth0.com/t/locked-out-of-my-account/10156

Can someone help me out?
