MFA reset for someone only using Auth0-Guardian

Hello,

I was using Auth0-Guardian for my MFA. Unfortunately, I replaced my phone and now I no longer have access to the Auth0-Guardian MFA app. How do I reset my MFA? I’m an admin and I’m not sure how to contact support since I cannot login to my Auth0 account
