Incorrect Billing – Auth0 for Startups Plan

we signed an Order Form for the Auth0 Startup Plan – B2B Professional, under which the agreed subscription fee for a 12-month term is USD $0.00.

However, we have been charged $800.00 on two months.
So, I wanna know how can I get refund and stop payment.
