I'm being charged $35/mo for the free plan

I signed up for Auth0 8 months ago before jumping over to Auth.js. For the last 8 months, I’ve been charged $35/mo for a free plan. The reason I’m posting here rather than creating a ticket or emailing support is that I’m barred from creating tickets because I’m enrolled in a free plan. My emails have not been responded to.

I’m open to the idea that perhaps there’s some misunderstanding and I’m being charged for some legitimate reason I can’t see or understand. If that’s the case, let me know what I need to adjust to stop being billed. If that’s not the case, I need to be refunded.

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support and mention there the email address of your Auth0 account, as to not share sensitive information publicaly. We will further look into the matter for you and confirm what we find and what would be the next course of action.
