Dashboard shows we're on "Starter" free plan, but we've been paying monthly

Under the “Payments & Billing tab” of our Auth0 config at https://manage.auth0.com/dashboard/us/brim/ it makes it look like the last time we paid $23 to be on the monthly “Essentials” plan was in September, 2021 and therefore we’ve since lapsed to the “Starter” free plan. However, a few months ago our company’s finance person contacted me to ask about $23/mo payments to Auth0 that have apparently still been getting charged monthly to our corporate card. I can’t tell what’s gong on, but it seems like one of a few things are possible:

  1. We’re truly on the “Free” plan but have been getting billed in error and haven’t noticed because our usage doesn’t exceed the limits of the free plan, or,
  2. We’ve been paying/needing/using at the paid subscription level but Auth0’s dashboard just shows incorrect billing history, or,
  3. Maybe we’ve been paying for some other Auth0 instance other than https://manage.auth0.com/dashboard/us/brim/ that I can’t see.

I’d prefer not to be asking this question in a community forum, but since the dashboard thinks we’re on the Free plan there’s apparently not a way to pose this question through paid support channels despite the fact we’ve been paying. Could someone contact me to assist? Thanks.
