Under the “Payments & Billing tab” of our Auth0 config at https://manage.auth0.com/dashboard/us/brim/ it makes it look like the last time we paid $23 to be on the monthly “Essentials” plan was in September, 2021 and therefore we’ve since lapsed to the “Starter” free plan. However, a few months ago our company’s finance person contacted me to ask about $23/mo payments to Auth0 that have apparently still been getting charged monthly to our corporate card. I can’t tell what’s gong on, but it seems like one of a few things are possible:
- We’re truly on the “Free” plan but have been getting billed in error and haven’t noticed because our usage doesn’t exceed the limits of the free plan, or,
- We’ve been paying/needing/using at the paid subscription level but Auth0’s dashboard just shows incorrect billing history, or,
- Maybe we’ve been paying for some other Auth0 instance other than https://manage.auth0.com/dashboard/us/brim/ that I can’t see.
I’d prefer not to be asking this question in a community forum, but since the dashboard thinks we’re on the Free plan there’s apparently not a way to pose this question through paid support channels despite the fact we’ve been paying. Could someone contact me to assist? Thanks.
