We were (unwantedly) upgraded to a higher tier in December. I have asked Auth0 twice to undo the automatic upgrade or at least explain the big price hike, but didn’t receive any answer.
Funnily, shortly after Auth0 expanded their Free tier which was suddenly enough for us. So I downgrade to the Free tier and received a credit invoice for the unused months on our paid plan.
I am trying desperately now to get this refund credited to our credit card, but can’t create a new support ticket and nobody is answering my emails.
