I was on a paid plan and downgraded to free with nearly three weeks in my billing cycle left. I now cannot submit a support request for a refund for the time my account was on an old plan that was equivalent to the free tier.

In order to help you address this, please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support, mentioning the issue, your email address and the main tenant that was downgraded and we will be able to take the conversation from there to submit a Support case on your behalf.
