Account being charged for free tier service

Hello,

My account was downgraded from Essentials to free within an hour of inputting my credit card credentials (early November 2025), but I have been charged regularly since then. I do not know how to resolve this, as my account is showing that I am on the free tier. Would appreciate some timely support here, as it is an absolute mess trying to get support when I have functionally a non-active Auth0 account within the Okta environment.

I am sorry to hear this about this, but we will do everything in our powers to straighten this out.

Please send us a DM ( direct message ) to the @support group including your account email address, the tenant name where you had the subscription and a short explanation so we can further investigate the issue.
