Cancelling my account

I have been in touch with several people and have gotten no where and no one is responding to my concerns. I need to cancel my subscription and looking for a refund from my last invoice. There is no way for me to cancel my account/subscription and no way of removing my credit card information from my portal. I am frustrated with the lack of support from Auth0. Does anyone have any suggestions or ability to provide me support for this.?

Welcome to the Auth0 Community and I am sorry for the situation that you have encountered.

You can try to self-downgrade your account to a free plan, as detailed in this article as well - How to Cancel, Downgrade, or Change a Subscription.

If you are still unable to so, no worries about it. Please send us a DM to the @support group including your email account associated with the subscription and the tenant name, and we will submit a request o your behalf so that our Billing department will take care of this for you.
