Subscription Cancellation & Refund Request

Subject: Subscription Cancellation & Refund Request – wesley.****.com.br

Hello Auth0 Support Team,

I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of all subscriptions associated with the account wesley.****.com.br, as well as a refund of the $35.00 charge billed to my credit card on March 30, 2025.

The tenants under this account are:

  • s*o
  • s*v
  • s*l

I no longer have access to the email address linked to this account, which has made it impossible for me to log in or manage it through normal channels. I have attempted to regain access through multiple methods without success, and I have received no response to my previous attempts to resolve this.

Given that I was unable to use the service and had no way to cancel prior to the billing date due to lack of account access, I kindly request:

  1. Immediate cancellation of all three tenants listed above
  2. Full refund of the $35.00 charge dated March 30, 2025

For identity verification, the credit card on file ends in ****.

Reading through the details provided, I understand that you are no longer able to access the email address of a Tenant Admin in order to remove the billing information and also that you would like a refund.

I warmly recommend sending us a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support and we can further look into this issue for you. We will require some additional information before being able to get things moving, but please send the DM, link this Topic that you created to have handy the info that you already provided and we will take it from there.
