I need to cancel a subscription but do not have the login credentials anymore for the account.

I have a recurring charge on my credit card but no method of cancelling it.

Hi Rueben!

The problem is, I do not know the Tenant name or email associated with the account. Our team setup a bunch of different accounts that were later closed.
