I cancelled my subscription, deleted all the tenants, Auth0 keeps charging me

I cancelled my subscription, deleted all the tenants, Auth0 keeps charging me, I have no way to contact or call anywhere. How is it even possible?

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I don’t really know what’s causing that, but please send a DM to the Support group with your email and the tenant name you had, and we should be able to sort it out.
