I canceled my Auth0 account a while ago and removed all tenants, but I’m still being charged monthly.
When I try to open a ticket in the Support Center, I get: “You don’t have a support subscription” and “You need the Elevated Support Access role added to your user of an Auth0 tenant,” but I no longer have any tenants.
@support Can someone help route this to the right billing team to stop the recurring charges? I can share invoice IDs and account details privately via DM.
I understand that you were charged after you have cancelled your subscription. Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support, sharing the context as long as additional information such as the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of your tenant. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive information can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting.
