Billed after tenant was fully deleted

Hello.

I deleted my tenant and my account last month (April). But I have been charged and billed for May 1 to Jun 1 usage, B2C Essentials. Wtf… I tried to contact sales but no answer. And as my account for that tenant has been deleted, I can’t create any support ticket. What can I do?

Can you send us a DM to the @support group with the tenant name(if you still remember it) and the email address that was associated with it?
