Still being billed after downgrading subscription and deleting tenants

I downgraded a subscription and deleted the corresponding tenants a few months back, however I am still being billed. What do I need to do to get a refund for the charges made since then? I was able to find my team id for this tenant by logging back into through a social connection which was associated with this tenant.

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support and provide details such as name of the tenant and the email address of the Auth0 account that had/has the billing details setup. We will pick up the conversation from there and address the issue.
