Has anyone else paid and not been upgraded?



Has anyone else paid for upgrade and not seen their account actually upgrade in the dashboard or get the upgrade features? Its been 2 days (and the billing team are still looking into it?)

I just want to know if I am the only person receiving less than satisfactory experience or if I am expecting to much?


I’ve also upgarded before ~30 minutes, but status still appear as “Free”, I thought it just takes time to propogate…


This was an issue on the dashboard (certainly on my account) which has now been resolved.
