I have upgraded my account, I can see the payment (without the specified billing address info) but the subscription has not need update and I cannot submit a support ticket, the only way to switch on impersonation (which used to be a free option)
Payment was made about twenty hours ago, so I would expect this to be updated.
@mark4 I have created a private support ticket for you. Please provide additional information there - you should have received an email with the ticket details.
The situation should now be resolved and the Dashboard should now be consistent and show subscription details in addition to the payment information. Let me know if you experience issues related to this.

Replied through the question you posted yourself which is okay to do if the problem is the same as other question, but resolution is account specific and on a case by case basis.
