Can't upgrade from free to a paid subscription

I tried to subscribe to the B2C essentials plan last night, but received an error. It disappeared rather quickly so didn’t catch what it was, as I expected a pretty standard subscription payment form to succeed.

Now, when I go into my team and click on subscriptions, I get the following error appear:


No matter whether I try and click on ‘add payment details’ or any of the ‘upgrade’ buttons, nothing happens.
I’m trying to pay for a subscription as I need additional features, and I can’t even do that. What now?
