I have an urgent problem with upgrading my subscription from startup plat to the paid one.
I’ve tried to buy the subscription, but got the notification about API error → I can’t by the subscription
“Error! API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists”
If I try again I get another error message
“Error! You tried to create accounts too many times. Try again later”
Please help me to get the paid subscription ASAP. My tenant works with production clients via enterprise connection - it’s critical to update the plan.

I want to try this, but can’t due to the error "“Error! You tried to create accounts too many times. Try again later” Do you know what is timeout for such operations? Or is there a way to reset the timeout?
