Order form: Error! API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists

Hi,

I have an urgent problem with upgrading my subscription from startup plat to the paid one.

I’ve tried to buy the subscription, but got the notification about API error → I can’t by the subscription
“Error! API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists”

If I try again I get another error message
“Error! You tried to create accounts too many times. Try again later”

Please help me to get the paid subscription ASAP. My tenant works with production clients via enterprise connection - it’s critical to update the plan.

That error can happen when the payment method was declined.

We recommend trying a different payment method to upgrade your subscription plan.

I want to try this, but can’t due to the error "“Error! You tried to create accounts too many times. Try again later” Do you know what is timeout for such operations? Or is there a way to reset the timeout?

Could you describe how you are experiencing the “Error! You tried to create accounts too many times. Try again later” error?

If possible, sharing a screenshot would be helpful as well.

And, AFAIK, there isn’t a timeout for these operations.

For the meantime, we recommend ensuring that you entered a valid payment information in the Payment tab section of your tenant settings.

Then once that’s done, please try to perform the upgrade again.
