Payment issue - Can't upgrade my current subscription

Hi, good morning.
I’m trying to upgrade the “FREE” subscription of my current account to the “ESSENTIALS” subscription.
However, I’m having the following error after submitting the payment details: “Error!API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists”.

Could someone help me to fix this problem?

Could you clarify if you experienced the error when trying to upgrade on the Auth0 Dashboard subscription page (https://manage.auth0.com/#/tenant/billing/subscription?)

If possible, could you provide a screenshot?
