Account not upgraded

Last week we purchased a Developer subscription, but I still don’t see our account upgraded. I tried to contact sales, but haven’t received a reply as yet.

Who do I contact to get this sorted?

You should open a support ticket about this issue:

Good evening! Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately one cannot (as far as I can see) raise a support ticket while still being on the Free plan. I don’t see the option at least when I go to the tickets page. It merely says:

" Support for Free Plan customers is provided through Auth0 Community which is staffed by the Auth0 team members and enthusiasts, you can post questions and search for answers there"
