Unable to open a support ticket even though I have a paid plan

Anyone else unable to open a support ticket today? I have a paid plan and when I go to the support center to open a ticket it says " To open a support ticket in your Developer subscription please select the subscription from the menu above. " However, there is only the option of ‘Free’ in that menu.

Edit: It’s working now. So, not really sure what was going on
