Creating support ticket

We have a B2C professional plan and we are paying a few hundred dollars for it every month. We cannot create a support ticket.

Yes, I see that as well.

If you have not been able to create support tickets, I suggest ensuring that the Subscription option on the top left of the Auth0 Support Page has selected your B2C professional plan instead of the free plan.

Sometimes, it might be left on the free plan which removes the option to create support tickets.
