Can't put in a ticket

Every time I try to put in a new ticket (we have an essentials account), I get the error:

An error occurred
This content could not be displayed

Any help would be appreciated.

@lihua.zhang We are having the exact same issue. We tried to create multiple support tickets and got the following error:

Thank you for reaching us. I searched your email from the backend and looks like your tenant is under the free plan. The free plan does not cover standard support, that’s why you were unable to create a support ticket.

On the Auth0 Pricing page, click on the “Compare Plan”, the Platform category lists these details.

Perhaps you were looking at the wrong account. the tenant name is maxroll and we upgraded to “Essentials”.
